Our Strategy
What We Do
Sunday School
Sunday school is where we want to make studying the Bible a priority. Some highlights of the coming year are:
The children (ages 2 through 8th grade) will be using The Biggest Story curriculum
The High School students will continue their study of Ephesians.
The adult class will be studying Exodus
These studies take place after the service at 11-11:45. We hope to see you!
Discipleship Groups
Discipleship groups are where we want to prioritize the personal application of the good news of Jesus to every area of our lives. We believe that our deepest need is to have our hearts changed, not our behavior modified. These groups are meant to be places of commitment and authenticity; where people who love us help us see the darkness of our sin but the freedom and forgiveness of the Gospel.
These groups are open for everyone and anyone. For more information about getting plugged into a Discipleship Group, please contact us.
Youth Group
Middle school (6-8th grades) and high school (9-12th grades) youth groups meet at the church on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. Both groups will be going through a study called Gospel 101 for Teens that seeks to focus on the “big picture” message of redemption. The goal is to explain the good news of Jesus in a life-giving, clear, and personal way. Invite a friend or two and join in a fun night of Bible study and fellowship!
Women's Christmas
We have a wonderful “Women’s Christmas Fellowship” evening planned for Sunday, Dec. 15th at 6:30pm at Central Valley Community Church. There will be delicious desserts, a game, caroling, and a speaker during this fun evening. Please join us!
